The Odessa Public Development Authority has an opening for a part-time administrative assistant.   The ideal applicant should be highly organized, posses excellent time management skills, ability to work independently with minimal direction, ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize workload and the ability to work at home and have own computer and printer.


Additional skills that are required and training may be provided if necessary:  Take Board meeting minutes, prepare and track all expenses, electronic and paper filing of all Board documents, attend evening meetings when necessary, maintain OPDA website, ability to compose quarterly reports to local, state and federal agencies for committed projects and be familiar with Public Works projects and bidding requirements of governmental agencies .


This part-time position is a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.  Salary is dependent upon experience.
